The cop caught on video aiming his service weapon at bystanders during an arrest in Harlem was identified Saturday.
Risel Maritnez, of the 32nd Precinct anti-crime unit, is under investigation by the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, cops said.
A video shows Maritnez aiming his gun at the camera while struggling to arrest a suspect, Dayshawn Bettway, 21, in a public-housing building Thursday.
