Man pulled over in gold BMW turns out to be a fugitive: cops

A motorist who was pulled over by cops for driving a gold BMW without a license plate near the Holland Tunnel turned out to be an interstate fugitive — wanted for money laundering and other crimes, police said Monday.

Nashon Diamond Utterback, 22, of Penn Hills, Pa., gave cops a fake name when they stopped him in a 2015 Beemer with a New Jersey plate at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Port Authority Police.

Cops arrested him for hindering apprehension, then later discovered his real name — and that he was fugitive from Fairfax County, Va., according to police.

Utterback was wanted for money laundering, felony larceny and forgery, according to cops.

He was also arrested for a Maryland burglary in August 2015, according to a report from the crime news site MarylandBusted.com.

Utterback didn’t return calls immediately Monday.
