Jennifer Aniston and hubby’s neighbor is a ‘twisted’ bully: suit

This is the anti-“Friends.”

Jennifer Aniston and hubby Justin Theroux have been the targets of a scorched-earth campaign from a Greenwich Village neighbor who has harassed them for years over renovations being made to their posh apartment, according to a lawsuit.

Lawyer Norman Resnicow, 69, “has made it his twisted sport to bully and intimidate” Theroux over his alleged “un-neighborly decision- making” at the Washington Place building where they both live, the actor claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit seeking $350,000 in damages.

Resnicow’s alleged “tyrannical conduct” even includes killing the ivy growing between the rooftop deck space between their homes — simply because the attorney knew Theroux liked the plants.

As fiercely as Aniston’s Rachel fought for Ross’ affections on the hit sitcom, both sides in the real-life drama have been battling over the property line, which runs through the Manhattan building’s deck space.

Resnicow claims Theroux’s deck fence encroaches on his space by two feet and had threatened to “kill” the ivy, the suit claims.

“The pruning could commence at any time when I feel like hauling our high extension ladder to the patio,” Resnicow allegedly said before later cutting down the plants.

Theroux has lived in the building since 2001, adding an additional second floor pad above Resnicow’s home in 2003.

He began renovations in 2015, which sparked the testy back and forth with his downstairs neighbor, who insisted the actor install $30,000 of soundproofing in the floor.

When Theroux didn’t immediately comply, he claims the attorney launched into “petty and disruptive conduct” — which ran the gamut from cutting off water and electric to Theroux’s deck to demanding the actor replace the century-old original radiators in his home and accusing Theroux’s contractors of damaging the building’s marble entrance.

Resnicow told The Post, “I have acted for one purpose only, which remains to assure my and my wife’s health and safety. As for the terrace boundary matter, smart people can work that out, and both my wife and I and Justin are represented by smart people.”
