‘Bachelor in Paradise’ filming suspended over sexual misconduct

“Bachelor in Paradise,” the ABC summer sex party produced by Warner Bros., shut down production in Mexico when two contestants, DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios, allegedly engaged in behavior of a sexual nature in a resort swimming pool, TMZ reports. The fourth season of the series had been set to premiere Aug. 8.

A statement issued by the studio cited “allegations of misconduct on the set of ‘Bachelor in Paradise.'”

It continued, saying: “We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

According to TMZ, sources at the Jackson camp suggest that he and Olympios were told by producers that they would be hooking up over the course of the season.

The future of the production has not been confirmed by Warner Bros., but People magazine reports the cast flew home from Puerto Vallarta on Sunday.
