Deliberations in “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli’s federal case wound down for a third day Wednesday, as the jurors failed to return a verdict.
The panel of seven women and five men have now spent nearly 24 hours determining whether or not ​ ​Shkreli, 34, ​is guilty of scheming to defraud investors.
The jurors remained holed up for the whole day without sending a single note before they were released for the evening around 5:30 p.m.
Shkreli, who appears to be back on Twitter, spent his third consecutive day hiding in the cafeteria, waiting to learn his fate.
“Cmon gimme dat verdict” he wrote under the handle @SamTheManTP Wednesday afternoon, just after tweeting “yeah I’m innocent stupid” at reporters.
The “Pharma Bro” faces up to 20 years behind bars if found guilty of the top charge of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, for allegedly orchestrating the $11 million ​Ponzi ​scheme through his hedge fund, MSMB Capital.
Jurors return Thursday at 9 a.m.
