Man busted with bullets, guns and weed at Holland Tunnel

A Brooklyn man was busted at the Holland Tunnel — with a box of hollow-point bullets, two air guns and handcuffs in his car, Port Authority Police said Monday.

Shalom Amron, 24, was trying to drive his 2012 Black Authorities out of New Jersey on Sunday around 4 p.m. when he stopped at the toll plaza because he didn’t have enough money to pay, authorities said.

Cops who approached him smelled marijuana on him and detained him, officials said.

In his car, they found the ammo – a felony crime – along with an air pistol, air rifle, pair of handcuffs and under 50 grams of marijuana, all misdemeanors, authorities said.

Port Authority police spokesman Joe Pentangelo said Amron, who has no prior busts, was arrested and released on his own recognizance.

He is due back in court Feb. 15.
