Rosie O’Donnell is selling virtually every home she has

Rosie O’Donnell is shedding her real estate assets.

The actress and talk show host just sold her main South Nyack, NY, residence for $5.1 million — $200,000 less than her $5.3 million asking price. The buyer is a New York family, sources say.

Another Nyack home owned by O’Donnell is in contract, while three are still on the market. She’s also selling a property in Saddle Brook, NJ. Last month, she sold her West Palm Beach, Fla., house for $5 million.

The seven-bedroom Dutch Colonial home at 1 Gesner Ave. — which sold for $5.1 million — was built in 1906. It’s a roomy 7,092 square feet and comes with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase stunning Hudson River views.

The home features an open layout with a large living/dining/entertaining space. There’s also a chef’s kitchen that opens to a large deck with a pool, a waterfall, a saltwater hot tub, a stone patio and a “multi-level” screening room. The property also boasts a tennis court, a carriage house with another bedroom, a two-car detached garage and a generator.

“She didn’t need the space anymore and is downsizing,” a source says, adding that O’Donnell is pleased with her new $8 million triplex penthouse at 255 E. 49th St. She bought the Midtown East property last year after selling her Greenwich Village penthouse at 130 W. 12th St. for $9 million in 2014.

The residence is just one part of a gated compound that O’Donnell put on the market last November for $10.79 million. The compound contains five homes on 2.4 acres just 40 minutes by car from Midtown Manhattan.

Another home in the compound is currently in contract: 4 Washington Ave., which is a one-bedroom ranch on 0.34 acres that comes with a wraparound deck and river views. Inside, the one-story home has vaulted ceilings and a skylight, plus a wood-burning stove in the living room. The asking price was $525,000.

The other Nyack properties that are part of the compound and still on the market are 1 Washington Ave., asking $2.2 million; 2 Washington Ave., asking $1.99 million; and 5 Washington Ave., which is asking $775,000. The listing broker is Hamid Moghadam of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.

The one 1 Washington Ave. property is a riverfront stone Dutch Colonial with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wraparound porch on a half-acre lot. 2 Washington Ave. is a charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom contemporary Colonial home facing the Hudson that comes with a 100-foot dock.

The home features mahogany coffered ceilings, a fireplace, chef’s kitchen and a deck. At 5 Washington Ave., another three-bedroom sits on 0.39 acres and also comes with river views.

O’Donnell is also trying to unload her English manor-style mansion in Saddle River, NJ, which was asking $5.9 million — down from its earlier asking price of $6.37 million. She bought the property at 115 E. Allendale Road for $5.9 million in 2013. Last month, she pulled the home off the market. But it is still available for sale and may go back on the market officially this spring, sources say.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, built in 1928, sits on 5.7 acres. Amenities at the fenced-and-gated property include a grotto waterfall, a basketball court, a three-car garage with an artist’s studio above and a natural-gas generator.
