Graffiti found sprayed on side of United Nations’ church

A vandal scrawled graffiti on the side of the Church Center for the United Nations at Manhattan’s UN Plaza on Monday morning, police said.

The man was spotted around 3:30 a.m. scribbling with red spray paint on the front and side of the non-denominational church near First Avenue and East 44th Street, cops said. He ran away when he saw UN security guards.

The graffiti, which was not in English, was painted near the front door and along the side of the church.
