An ally of Democratic Party presidential candidate Andrew Yang is throwing his hat in the ring to challenge Rep. Adriano Espaillat in northern Manhattan’s 13th Congressional District.
James Felton Keith, who identifies as a bisexual black Harlemite, has long been a proponent of providing every American a Universal Basic Income. Felton Keith, a 38-year-old engineer, said he has championed UBI for 15 years and is a leader of a pro-UBI group called The Data Union.
He said every American should get something — no matter his or her circumstances.
