“The Real Housewives of New York City” star Dorinda Medley has put her Upper East Side apartment on the rental market for $9,950 a month.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, at 120 E. 87th St., is 1,200 square feet.
Just renovated, it comes with “loft-like” 14-foot ceilings, oversize windows and lots of closet space.
Other features include new hardwood floors and a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Medley bought the unit, a condo, in 2006 for $1.2 million. The building is also known as Park Avenue Court.
In 2018, as Gimme Shelter reported, Medley moved into a three-bedroom rental at the Oriana, located at 420 E. 54th St. in Sutton Place. That unit also has a chef’s kitchen and marbled bathrooms.
The listing brokers for the Park Avenue Court rental listing are Gladys Laurie Cooper — who appears on a few episodes of “RHONY” — and her son, Michael Cooper.
