Beauty mogul Loren Ridinger and her husband, James “JR” Ridinger, recently snapped up a brand-new Miami condo for roughly $3 million.

It’s located in the Elysee, a 57-story high-rise in Miami’s Edgewater district. It will reach 649 feet when construction is completed later this year, making it the tallest condo in the downtown Miami neighborhood. And it’s the perfect spot for Loren to host pals Kim Kardashian and La La Anthony. (Loren has partnered with Anthony on her Motives Cosmetics brand.)

The Ridingers (who also co-founded Market America and Shop.com) bought a 3,865-square-foot, half-floor residence. The condo features private elevator access, a chef’s kitchen and dramatic views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the downtown skyline.

The building — designed by Magic City firm Arquitectonica, with common-area interiors by Parisian design architect Jean-Louis Deniot — offers three floors of amenities, from a Biscayne Bay-fronting lounge and waterfront “sunrise” pool. There’s also a lap pool, a gym, a private spa with sauna, steam and massage rooms, a blow-dry bar and a children’s playroom.

Other amenities include a 30th-floor “sky level,” which will boast a lounge, a bar, a dining room, a screening room, a catering kitchen and a chef’s table — chef not included.
