A 19-year-old woman was killed and a 21-year-old man wounded in a shooting outside Manhattan’s Madison Square Park early Friday, cops said.

The woman was shot in the chest and the man in the leg around 12:30 a.m. while standing at West 26th Street and Fifth Avenue in the Flatiron District, according to police.

The gunman fled in what was described as a gray Nissan.

The suspect initially drove the wrong way up Fifth Avenue before turning off in an unknown direction, according to police.

Both victims were taken to Bellevue Hospital, where the woman perished from the gunshot wound. Her name was not immediately released pending family notification.

The man was in stable condition early Friday.

Cops said early Friday that a dispute preceded the shooting, but the nature of the argument was unclear.
