Do you believe that Cher’s old Miami Beach spread sold for $17M?

A stunning mid-century Miami Beach mansion once owned by beloved music icon Cher has sold for $17 million.

The home, at 64 La Gorce Circle, first went on the market for $22 million last August.

The estate, which sits on 0.68 acres in La Gorce’s guarded and gated community, features palm trees and a sprawling, three-story, Spanish-style villa filled with archways, courtyards and fountains that optimize the concept of indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The home itself is 11,406 square feet and features six bedrooms, 6½ bathrooms — along with an office, media room, game room, bar and gym.

The eclectic furnishings, with a fun, bold use of color, come from Liagre.

There’s also a lap pool, a spa, a private dock and 158 feet of water frontage with ocean access.

The buyer, we hear, is a local Miami family.

Cher, 74, has spent the pandemic working on multiple philanthropic causes, like saving Kaavan the Elephant.

Cher — known for her roles in films like “Moonstruck” in the 1980s and the more recent “Mamma Mia!” film — got her start as a singer and actress with her late then-husband, Sonny Bono, with whom she sang “I Got You Babe” on their hit 1970s show.

She bought the mansion for $1.5 million in 1993 and sold it in 1996 for $4.35 million.
