“Soho Karen” Miya Ponsetto is heading back to New York City to face charges for allegedly attacking the 14-year-old son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold.
At a Friday afternoon court appearance in Ventura County, Calif., Ponsetto waived her right to an extradition hearing and agreed to be transported to Manhattan voluntarily — albeit in custody — by NYPD officers.
She will then be booked and arraigned on attempted robbery and other charges in Manhattan Criminal Court.
“She has signed the waiver and has no objection to being transported to New York,” her lawyer, Senior Deputy Public Defender Justin Tuttle, told the court.
Tuttle told The Post he believed Ponsetto would be flown back to New York by the NYPD “forthwith.”
Ventura County prosecutors said they were still mulling charging Ponsetto with resisting arrest. “Nothing has been filed yet, your honor,” a prosecutor told the judge.
Ponsetto nearly slammed her car door on a deputy and needed to be pulled out of her vehicle when she was arrested near her home in Piru on Thursday, local police said.
At the time, she had just finished taping an interview with CBS This Morning, in which she called herself a “super sweet” person and conceded “I could have approached the situation differently or maybe not yelled at him like that.”
“Can we move on?” Ponsetto complained when asked repeatedly by host Gayle King about the viral cellphone footage that shows her apparently jumping the 14-year-old while mistakenly accusing him of stealing her phone.
“Okay, Gayle, enough,” Ponsetto ended the interview.
She continues to have an open DUI charge in Ventura County; that case was put over until April 16 for pretrial there.
