Christen Harper, model girlfriend of Jared Goff, reacts to Lions trade

Christen Harper is looking forward to her next NFL adventure with boyfriend Jared Goff.

On Wednesday, the model posted a touching message to the 26-year-old quarterback, who was traded Saturday from the Los Angeles Rams to the Detroit Lions.

“So grateful I got to be part of this journey with you for the last 3 seasons in LA,” Harper shared on her Instagram story.

“@Jaredgoff I love you so much and so excited for his new adventure.”

Goff, the first overall pick by the Rams in 2016, said goodbye to Los Angeles on Wednesday in an Instagram post.

“Thank you to the entire city of Los Angeles for welcoming a 21-year-old kid with open arms and making this town feel like home. This city has shaped the man I’ve become and I will forever be grateful for the Kroenke family, my coaches, the support staff, and most importantly, my teammates for competing and fighting with me every Sunday — I’ve made memories with every one of you in that locker room and I will cherish for the rest of my life,” Goff wrote.

“From the bottom of my heart, it’s been an honor to represent the city of LA. With that said, I couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter and am ready to attack this new opportunity that lies ahead. Detroit, here I come.”

Over the weekend, it was revealed the Rams had acquired veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford from Detroit, trading Goff, two future first-round draft picks and a third-rounder to the Lions.

Days after the stunning trade, fans flooded the Instagram account of Veronika Khomyn, the fiancée of Rams coach Sean McVay, with Goff-centric comments.

As for Stafford’s other half, wife Kelly, she’s excited to head to the West Coast.

“Pretty excited about all the Cali sunsets in our future,” she posted to Instagram.

Stafford, 32, was the first overall pick by the Lions in the 2009 NFL Draft.
