Record exec lists triplex Harlem home for $2.6M

Brett Alperowitz, the new A&R exec vice president at Republic Records — home to Ariana Grande, Drake, The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift and Zendaya, to name a few — has just put his Harlem home on the market for $2.65 million.

The sprawling 2,500-square-foot triplex, with its own 350-square-foot private garden, is at 310 W. 119th St..

Built in 2006, it’s part of a development known as Brownstone Lane, which is a cluster of brownstones with stoops, but with condos above.

The residence comes with its own private entrance, and features three bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. It also boasts high ceilings, cherry-wood floors and a loft-like feel — with an open living/dining area with oversize windows and an open chef’s kitchen with a pantry.

There’s also a garden patio off the dining area for entertaining and grilling.  The lower level boasts a family lounge and music room.

Building details include a part-time doorman, a super, a laundry room, gym, children’s playroom, bike storage and an underground parking garage.
