Bears vs Giants picks and analysis
The Giants will aim to snap a three-game losing streak in the series against the Bears, and protecting quarterback Daniel Jones is becoming more concerning — and important — by the week.
Chicago won for the second time in as many games at Soldier Field but remains in search of its first road victory. The Bears stumbled to a 27-10 loss at Green Bay in Week 2.

Giants -3
The Giants liked a fair amount about their performance in a Week 3 home loss to Dallas. Saquon Barkley, who leads the NFL with 408 scrimmage yards through three games, continued his early-season tear while quarterback Daniel Jones accounted for 275 total yards, including his third career game with at least 75 rushing yards.
While the loss of Sterling Shepard to a season-ending torn ACL undoubtedly is a big blow, New York still should have what it takes to move the ball against a Bears defense that allowed 329 yards to a struggling Houston Texans team a week ago.
Roquan Smith snagged a key interception that set up Cairo Santos’ game-ending field goal as time expired, but he’s also nursing a groin injury. Chicago likely would need to cash in on such turnover heroics again as the offense continues to find its way.
Our Pick: Giants to cover -3, @ -115 via BetMGM

Under 39.5 total points
New York has limited every opponent so far to 20 points or fewer, and although the Bears cracked that threshold in Week 3, they didn’t exactly do so in a feel-good fashion.
Questions have loomed about the developmental track of second-year quarterback Justin Fields, who looked dismal in stretches against the Texans and has completed no more than eight passes in a game thus far. The running game struck for 281 yards — including 157 from Khalil Herbert in place of an injured and questionable — David Montgomery, but duplicating that effort against a Giants ‘D’ that figures to know what’s coming will be a tall order.
Our Pick: Under 39.5 points to be scored, @ – 110 via BetMGM

Justin Fields under .5 passing touchdowns +130
Giants running back Saquon Barkley provides more than a stable crutch for Daboll and Jones. He could be in for a serious workout this week as the mission to safeguard Jones has been a failure without check downs and screen passes to Barkley.
Fields was a harsh self-critic after the Houston game, in which he was 8-for-17 passing for 106 yards and two interceptions while being sacked five times.
While the Giants enter Sunday with a mere three sacks, including zero from the defensive line, this could be a good week for the unit to be disruptive against a less-than-polished passing game for the opposition.
Our Pick: Justin Fields under 0.5 passing TDs, @ +130 via BetMGM
