Racer Jeff Gordon lists $13M NYC condo in J.Lo’s building

You’ll need a full tank of gas for this purchase.

NASCAR champ Jeff Gordon’s full-floor unit at the Whitman condo in Nomad has hit the market for $12.9 million — and it comes with some high-profile neighbors, to boot.

It’s all at 21 E. 26th St. overlooking Madison Square Park — and it’s where Jennifer Lopez owns the building’s penthouse, and where Chelsea Clinton and her husband Marc Mezvinsky live just one floor below.

For her part, Lopez bought her palatial pad for $20.16 million in 2014 and first listed it for sale in 2017 for $26.95 million.

It had been on and off the market ever since, and was last asking $24.99 million before it was pulled off the market in 2021.

Gordon’s second-floor unit comes with four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a powder room — along with custom interiors by Pembroke & Ives.

He paid $10 million for it in 2013.

Light flows into the home through oversize windows. Two of the children’s rooms were decorated by a graffiti artist who “free-formed the walls” with “Star Wars” and “Harry Potter” images, the listing notes.

There’s also a reception gallery, a den, a home office and an open chef’s kitchen that leads to living, dining and lounging areas — with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Madison Square.

Meanwhile, the main bedroom suite comes with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bath.

A third-floor Whitman unit last asking $11.99 million is also in contract. The sellers of that home are financier John Silvetz and Wilda Deon Bray, who paid $10 million for it in 2013.

The New Georgian-style building dates to 1924. Amenities include a gym, a refrigerated package room and basement storage.

Gordon’s listing brokers are Norhana “Nora” Ariffin and Christopher Kromer of Brown Harris Stevens.
