All the celebrities running the 2023 NYC Marathon: Amy Robach, TJ Holmes and more

The celebs are on the move.

The 2023 TCS New York City Marathon is happening on Sunday, Nov. 5, with around 50,000 runners expected to take to the streets to race just over 26 miles, all across the five boroughs.

Among the runners are a host of celebs. Here’s who to keep an eye out for.

Amy Robach and TJ Holmes

Disgraced former “GMA3” co-hosts Amy Robach, 50, and TJ Holmes, 46, aren’t letting a scandal slow them down. The couple made headlines for their affair last year, which began as they were training together for the New York City half-marathon, so it’s fitting that shortly after they made their relationship public — following their respective divorces — they’re now doing the marathon. The romance ultimately led to their ouster from “Good Morning America,” but they recently announced a new podcast.

Luke Macfarlane

The “Brothers & Sisters” actor and Hallmark movie star, 43, will make his marathon debut this year, in support of Beyond Type 1, an organization that supports diabetes patients through advocacy, education and cure research.

Matt James

James, 31, made history as the first black lead in “The Bachelor,” for Season 25. This will be the former college football player’s second year in a row running in the marathon. On his Instagram, he posted a video showing off the nine different pairs of shoes that he wore while training. He’ll run in support of ABC Food Tours, which brings food tours to underserved schools.

Nev Schulman

Host of the MTV reality show “Catfish,” 39-year-old Schulman will be participating in the marathon for his seventh year, and he’ll also act as a guide to other runners who are visually impaired, running with Achilles International, an organization that encourages athletes with disabilities.

Patina Miller

The Tony and Grammy Award-winning singer, 38, will perform the national anthem at the Staten Island starting point. But she’s not just singing, she’ll also be running, in support of Komera, an organization that serves to improve women’s health and success in Rwanda.

Sheinelle Jones

The “Today” correspondent, 45, will be making her marathon debut. “I want to prove that just the average girl, we can do it,” Jones said on the show. “I am 4-feet, 11-inches. I am not a model. I’m not a runner, but we can do this!”

Harry Hudson

The singer, 30, who is a cancer survivor and a friend of the Kardashians, will run in the marathon for his first time, with Team New Balance. “They thought I was going to die, and now I’m running the New York City Marathon,” he told Runner’s World.
