Kourtney Kardashian’s ‘Perky T–ty Workout’ claims to lift boobs and boost bust

If you’re part of the itty bitty t–ty committee, Kourtney Kardashian has the workout for you.

Kardashian’s wellness site Poosh recently shared the “Perky T–ty Workout” tutorial video — and fitness experts claim it actually works.

The video features Shannon Nadj, a Los Angeles-based pilates instructor and founder of the studio Hot Pilates, showing a series of exercises that can make your breasts appear bigger and perkier.

Since breasts are made of fatty tissue and aren’t muscles, they can’t be toned — but the muscles around them can help boost their appearance.

“Unfortunately, you can’t push yourself up to bigger, perkier boobs. However, you can strengthen your pectoral muscles right behind and around this area,” Nadj begins the video.

Nadj chose to wear one-pound weighted bangles throughout the workout but said no equipment is necessary.

She stressed opening the shoulders and chest while keeping the core abdominal muscles tight and engaged.

“You’re not slouching, your shoulders aren’t rounding forward,” she said while doing a half-plank.

The fitness instructor also demonstrated a Superman pose where she kept her arms and legs lifted while doing swimming and kicking motions. She continued by doing standing shoulder presses and a rowing motion with relaxed shoulders, elbows wide and the core engaged.

Each exercise was repeated 10 times with a short hold before release.

After the main workout, Nadj showed the proper way to stretch these muscles to end the exercises, strengthening and lengthening the torso.

Standing up straight with shoulders brought back and down, she raised her chest and one arm toward the sky, lowering each arm one at a time while keeping the other up. She lifted both arms on the inhale and dropped her right arm on the exhale while she stretched the left side of her torso, waist and pectoral muscles.

She repeated that same movement on the other side.

Nadj is onto something with this workout: Fitness experts agree that while these exercises aren’t a quick fix and take some time, they can definitely make your breasts appear larger than they are.

“There are no exercises for your breasts per se, particularly the glandular tissue inside, but your typical pectoralis muscle exercises can help,” Alyssa Dweck, MD, OB/GYN told Well + Good. “Doing these [exercises] can build up enough muscle [to] actually make your breasts a little perkier.”

Trainer Cat Kom, founder of Studio SWEAT onDemand, agreed, telling the outlet, “You can do exercises to perk up your breasts, but you’d have to do quite a bit to actually see the results.”

However, Kom cautioned against doing these exercises if you have breast implants as it can cause a buildup of scar tissue, which can lead to pain, among other issues.
