Ewan McGregor’s daughter was forced to watch his ‘uncomfortable’ full-frontal nude scene — in health class

Did she have to do a book report too?

Ewan McGregor’s eldest daughter, Clara McGregor, was forced to watch his full-frontal nude scene during health class in her younger years.

The now-28-year-old recalled the awkward viewing of her famous dad’s 1995 romance drama, “The Pillow Book,” during a joint interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

“Watching this one in particular was quite memorable because when I was a senior in high school, I took a gender studies class,” she began to host Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday.

Clara — who stars with the Scottish actor in the upcoming film “Bleeding Love” — noted how her teacher warned her about showing the erotic ’90s flick.

“My teacher came up to me near the end of the semester and said, ‘Listen, there’s a movie I usually teach as part of the curriculum,'” Clara recalled.

‘”Your dad is in it, and there is some nudity, so I wanted to run it by you before we watched it in class.'”

“And I said it was fine, I didn’t really think much of it, and so we watched a movie called ‘The Pillow Book,’ which is a brilliant film,” she continued. “But watching that movie at 17 with your entire high school class, it’s more like they’re watching me watch that film … which was interesting.”

The “Moulin Rouge!” alum, 52, confirmed that he was fully naked for most of the Peter Greenaway-directed movie.

“It is a beautiful film,” Ewan chimed in. “The teacher, she emailed me before as well, to say, ‘Look, just so you know, I’m figuring to show this to your daughter’s class, is that okay?'”

“And I went, ‘Look, I wouldn’t want to be the reason you don’t show that to your kids, because it’s a beautiful movie.’ But I said, ‘You have to guarantee that the kids are mature enough not to make fun of Clara or make her feel bad about it,’ and they didn’t,” he remembered.

Although they didn’t tease, Clara did find the situation a bit “uncomfortable.”

“I think they also probably felt a little uncomfortable,” she concluded.

“Bleeding Love” follows a father-daughter duo as they embark on a a road trip after she overdoses due to her drug addiction.

The “Doctor Sleep” actor is also dad to Esther, 20, Jamyan, 20, and Anouk, 11, with ex-wife Eve Mavrakis, 57. He and the production designer were married from 1995 to 2020 after meeting on the set of British legal drama “Kavanagh QC.” He met current wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead, 39, in 2016 — four years before his divorce from Mavrakis — while the two played each other’s love interests on Season 3 of the FX series “Fargo.”

Ewan and Clara have had their fair share of ups and downs before co-starring together on-screen. Amid accusations that Ewan cheated with Winstead, Clara called her “a piece of trash.” She later told the Times that her remark “wasn’t the most mature way to go about things,” but she was “angry and upset.”

“There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with — not to make excuses or anything — but, yeah, it wasn’t my finest moment,” she went on.

In 2022, McGregor opened up about his split in an interview with GQ. “A divorce in a family is a bomb going off in everyone’s life — my children’s lives,” he said at the time. “The, sort of, healing of that is ongoing.”

Ewan and Winstead welcomed a son in 2021 and tied the knot a year later. Despite Clara’s past remarks, the entire blended family appeared in good spirits as they celebrated the recent holidays together and shared photos of the festivities via Instagram.
