Dixie D’Amelio stirs dating buzz with Anaheim Ducks’ Trevor Zegras

The internet is buzzing over rumors that TikTok star Dixie D’Amelio and Anaheim Ducks player Trevor Zegras are back on.

D’Amelio and Zegras were spotted sitting together at UFC 298 on Feb. 17 in Anaheim, Calif., as seen in a TikTok video shared by ESPN, months after they were initially linked.

The clip showed the Hulu star looking around Honda Center while Zegras, the No. 9 pick of the 2019 NHL Draft, was talking to someone sitting nearby.

It is believed to be the first sighting of D’Amelio and Zegras since reports emerged in December that she unfollowed him on Instagram.

D’Amelio and Zegras, both 22, initially stirred romance buzz over the summer when they were spotted together on multiple occasions.

Some fans speculated that D’Amelio was dating a hockey player after she appeared giddy at the mention of it during a September appearance on Brianna Chickenfry and Grace O’Malley’s podcast, “Plan Bri Uncut.”

At the time, Chickenfry seemingly turned to O’Malley and said that D’Amelio was “dating a hockey player.”

D’Amelio and Zegras have yet to address the dating rumors.

D’Amelio previously dated fellow TikToker and internet personality Noah Beck for two years before splitting in late 2022.

Zegras, a Bedford N.Y. native, has been out since Jan. 9, when he suffered a broken ankle during the Ducks’ 5-3 win against the Nashville Predators.

The club anticipates he will be back playing by mid-March.

Zegras — a dynamic playmaker, who made an immediate impact for the Ducks — is under contract with Anaheim for two more seasons.
