Tyreek Hill details what was behind divorce saga with wife Keeta Vaccaro

The catalyst of Tyreek Hill’s wild divorce saga centered on discussions about a “postnup.”

During a recent appearance “The Pivot Podcast,” the star Dolphins receiver discussed the breakup speculation that engulfed the early months of his marriage to Keeta Vaccaro, whom he wed in November on the team’s bye week.

“We had conversations about a postnup, and that was really where it all spiraled from,” Hill said, according to TMZ.

“… All I’m going to say is, s–t gets weird when you tell people outside your family.”

Nearly three months after tying the knot, it was reported in January that Hill, 30, and Vaccaro were calling it quits.

The relationship drama only continued from there, with Hill subsequently denying the breakup after divorce filings were made by his attorney.

“I get on Twitter and see bs,” the All-Pro wideout posted on X at the time.

Hill, who had been engaged to Vaccaro since 2021, added in a separate message, “Boy no the heck we didn’t so don’t put that in the air !!! We are happily married and gone stay that way.”

The eight-time Pro Bowler later announced in January that he fired the “f–king bonehead” who filed the divorce paperwork.

It was reported last month that Hill filed to drop his divorce petition.

“We’re still learning as we go,” Hill said of his union with Vaccaro on “The Pivot Podcast.”

“We try to go to couple’s therapy so we can learn a bit more, try to ask other married couples certain questions, we’re still learning.”

It’s been a challenging start to the year for Hill, who, in addition to the divorce drama, saw his South Florida home catch fire.

“It’s like damn, 2024 ain’t going how it’s supposed to be going, but I know it’s for a reason though, I tell her it’s going to be beautiful, the end of all of this is going to be beautiful and I know it,” Hill said.

Hill is coming off of his second season with the Dolphins, in which he tallied 119 receptions for 1,799 yards and 13 touchdowns.
