Strip club worker charged after allegedly hitting customer with a ‘stack’ of cash when he refused to tip dancers: affidavit

A Florida strip club employee was arrested for allegedly smacking a “drunk” customer with a “stack” of cash after he refused to tip the dancers.

Victoria Jones, 28, was charged with misdemeanor battery after admitting she “picked up a small stack of money and threw it” at the customer at the Body Talk topless club in Port St. Lucie, according to court documents obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The arrest affidavit did not say if Jones was a stripper or had another job at the club.

However, she was described as wearing all black and was found in the office, the document states.

Accuser John McKelvey, 24, told police that the dancers “were upset he had not provided them any tips” — but said he “did not see any signs stating it was mandatory to tip.”

“The employees were upset that [McKelvey] had not thrown money at them, which was common practice at the establishment,” the affidavit stated.

Upset, Jones then “slapped the victim twice and spit on him,” the report stated, with cops seeing a red mark on his face.

Jones then told officers that the customer “was drunk and being rude” and had been “following employees from table to table verbally insulting them.”

“Jones said they were messaging around as she picked up a small stack of money and threw it” at him — telling officers, “This is a place where money is thrown everywhere.”

However, surveillance footage showed the employee threw the cash and then “immediately followed up” by slapping his face — then leaning toward him “as if she was spitting,” the affidavit said.

Jones was released from jail after posting $500 bond and is reportedly set to be arraigned next week.
