Josh Allen’s Parisian vacation got off to an unfortunate start.
The star Bills quarterback revealed Tuesday on X that he split his pants at dinner, as footage surfaced of the 27-year-old with a jacket tied around his waist while out in the City of Lights with girlfriend Hailee Steinfeld.
“My pants ripped at dinner,” Allen began. “Didn’t want the cheeks out… I love Paris.”
The apparent aftermath of Allen’s fashion faux pas was caught on video by the TikTok account @starsshootinparis, in which the two-time Pro Bowler can be seen exiting a van first while Steinfeld, 27, walks a few paces behind.
Some fans subsequently called out Allen for not “being like gentlemen here.”
“Not even hold her hand, or helping her out of the car,” one fan griped in the comments section of the video, adding the quarterback could “take some man lessons from Travis Kelce on how to treat your lady,” amid the tight end’s romance with Taylor Swift.
An X user also posted, “Why didn’t he wait for her?”
Steinfeld, who has been linked to Allen since May 2023, has been spending time in France as part of Paris Fashion Week.
The “Pitch Perfect” alum attended the Miu Miu womenswear show Tuesday.
Steinfeld and Allen have been making the most of their time together following the 2023 NFL season, when his Bills fell to the eventual Super Bowl champion Chiefs in the divisional round of the playoffs.
“They always planned to spend more time together after his season ended. Things have been going really well,” a source told People in February.
“They’re both very family-oriented and driven, and they want to protect their relationship and keep it private. They’ve been on the same page with all of that.”
Prior to his relationship with Steinfeld, Allen had been in a long-term romance with Brittany Williams.
Allen and Williams sparked breakup rumors last spring.
She currently resides in New York City and is taking in the dating scene.
