Anthony Rizzo extended his Grapefruit League hitting streak to seven games with a three-hit effort in a 9-4 loss to the Red Sox.

He’s now 11-for-18 on the spring.

Gleyber Torres homered to dead center in the fifth inning. After another offseason of uncertainty, he’s 7-for-16 with pairs of doubles and homers in his last six games.

Thursday’s Scheule

Marcus Stroman is scheduled to make the start against the Tigers at 1:05 p.m. at Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Fla., with Jonathan Loaisiga set to make his spring debut.
