Woman, 70, found dead inside garbage bag in luxury Bronx apartment building: sources

A 70-year-old woman was found dead inside a sealed black garbage bag in a luxury Bronx apartment building Thursday, cops and police sources said. 

The disturbing discovery was made when the NYPD was called to the home at 322 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven around 1:45 p.m. and officers found her unresponsive, according to cops. 

Police said four suspects were taken into custody inside the apartment and charges were pending against them Thursday night. 

Some of the upscale building’s amenities include a game room, pet spa, yoga studio and business center, according to StreetEasy. 

The gruesome find came a week after Nadia Vitel, 52, was discovered stuffed inside a duffel bag in her upscale Kips Bay apartment. 

Two squatters accused of taking over the space are being sought in that incident, police said Thursday.
