Earlier Friday, Middleton revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

The 42-year-old royal learned of her diagnosis after undergoing “major abdominal surgery” in January at the London Clinic.

The princess did not reveal what type of cancer she is battling, but insisted she is “well and getting stronger every day.”

The shocking announcement comes after weeks of speculation surrounding Middleton’s whereabouts in the weeks after her surgery news, which intensified after she posted a photoshopped picture of herself and her three children for the UK’s Mother’s Day.
