Patrick Mahomes is savoring every moment — and a certain treat — this offseason.
Taking to her Instagram Stories this week, Brittany Mahomes gave her 1.9 million followers a peek at the star Chiefs quarterback’s diet, which includes multiple mini ice cream cones.
“Anyone else eat 10 of these a night …,” Brittany asked her followers while pointing an arrow at her husband. “Cause he does 😂 .”
Though Mahomes, 28, has been enjoying some downtime after he and the Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl in February, the Pro Bowl quarterback is also putting the work ahead of the 2024 NFL season.
In recent days, Mahomes posted a series of workout photos and clips to Instagram, where he even joked about his “dad bod” in the caption of one post.
The physique of the three-time Super Bowl MVP became an internet talking point during the playoffs, when a shirtless Mahomes was seen hyping up his teammates after the Chiefs’ AFC Championship win over the Ravens in a video from “Inside the NFL.”
“Yoooo why they have to do me like that!?!?!?” Mahomes wrote on X in response to the viral post, along with the hashtag, “DadBodSZN.”
Before Super Bowl 2024, Mahomes offered a playful response when asked if he would rather have six-pack abs or another championship title.
“Another Super Bowl for sure,” Mahomes said. “I have a six-pack and it’s just under the dad bod. If you feel, there might be some skin there, but underneath that’s the six-pack is there. You just have to get real close and you have to squint a little bit and I think you’ll see it.”
Mahomes got his wish as the Chiefs won their third Super Bowl in five years with a 25-22 overtime victory against the 49ers.
His victory lap included a lively afterparty at XS Nightclub at Wynn Las Vegas with Brittany — whom he has been married to since 2022 — teammate Travis Kelce and his girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift.
The group was treated to bottle service, chicken fingers and french fries.
