Mets game vs. Tigers rained out again, doubleheader set for Thursday

In the first seven days of the season, the Mets have postponed three games, lost four and won zero.

An unrelenting rain would not allow the Mets and Tigers to play for a second straight day Wednesday, so the 0-4 Mets will have to wait another day to find their first win.

The Mets and Tigers will make up Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s games with a single-admission doubleheader Thursday that begins at 12:10 p.m.

The second game will start approximately a half-hour after the conclusion of the first game.

Tickets for Wednesday’s game will not be valid for Thursday.

According to the Mets, fans “currently holding a paid ticket in their account valid for entry to [Wednesday’s] game will receive a digital voucher loaded into their My Mets Tickets account (accessed by clicking the Vouchers tab) that will be accessible tomorrow morning. Digital ticket vouchers can be exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to another Mets 2024 regular season home game at Citi (excluding Mets vs. Yankees, June 25-26; additional blackout dates may apply).”
