In another incident — while the 50-year-old mayor was arguing with his daughter — he threatened to hurt her by “earth slamming” her down the stairs, grabbing her head, throwing her to the ground, and smacking the weave off her head, investigators added.

Officials also revealed that Marty Small had repeatedly punched his daughter in the legs causing bruising. La’Quetta Small was accused of punching her daughter multiple times in the chest also leaving her black and blue.

Atlantic City’s spokesperson on Monday also declined to comment directing all questions to the mayor’s attorney.

The Post reached out for comment but did not immediately hear back.

In a post to Facebook on Monday night Small put up a picture of himself with multiple hashtags including #teamsmall #unbothered #2sides.

It also included the hashtag #eddijacobstalksforme referring to Small’s attorney and ending on the Mayor’s slogan #canwesaygreatday.

The mayor’s home was searched on March 28 and on April 1 his wife and their daughter attended an Atlantic City news conference in which the mayor said he has “nothing to hide.”
