Queen Camilla’s ex Andrew Parker Bowles is dating ‘The Weakest Link’ host Anne Robinson: ‘Mind your own business’
He’s moved on, goodbye.
Queen Camilla’s ex husband, Andrew Parker Bowles, is dating TV presenter and journalist Anne Robinson.
Robinson, 79, confirmed her relationship with Parker Bowles, 84, in an interview with Saga magazine on Saturday.
“Yes. Full Stop. Mind your own business,” she said.
Robinson is best known for hosting the BBC game show “The Weakest Link” from 2000 to 2012. She later hosted the Channel 4 game show “Countdown” from 2021 to 2022.
She was previously married to journalists Charles Wilson and John Penrose.
Robinson told Saga magazine that she finds dating to be easier as she gets older. “You’re much more selective about what you’re going to get into a tizz about. Nothing matters that much. You’re not going to change,” she said.
The Sun reported in December that Robinson was “secretly dating” Parker Bowles for a year after they were introduced by a mutual friend.
“They have judiciously avoided being photographed together as they both wanted to keep this quiet for as long as possible,” a friend of Robinson and Parker Bowles’ told the outlet at the time.
“Annie and Andrew get on splendidly — she makes him laugh, a lot, and he is one of the few people to get away with poking fun at her,” the insider added.
The Sun also reported that Camilla, 76, supports her ex’s new relationship.
Parker Bowles, a retired British Army officer, was married to the current queen of the UK from 1973 to 1995. They have two children together: son Tom, 49, and daughter Laura Lopes, 46.
The former couple divorced after Camilla had an affair with then-Prince Charles, now 75, while he was married to Princess Diana.
Camilla and Charles finally wed in 2005.
In 2017, Camilla opened up about the intense media hate she dealt with after her affair with Charles was public knowledge and how it made her feel like a “prisoner.”
“I couldn’t really go anywhere … It was horrid,” she told Daily Mail’s You magazine. “It was a deeply unpleasant time, and I wouldn’t want to put my worst enemy through it. I couldn’t have survived it without my family.”
One year after his marriage to Camilla ended, Parker Bowles tied the knot with Rosemary Pitman. They stayed together until Pitman died from cancer in 2010.
Despite their divorce, Camilla and Parker Bowles have remained close over the years.
Parker Bowles even attended Charles and Camilla’s coronations in England last year.
He watched as his ex was named queen consort and Charles was named king following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
