Attilio Brillembourg, man with ties to European royalty, reported missing in California

A man with ties to European royalty has been listed as a missing person after last being seen over the weekend in Malibu, Calif.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office has launched a search for Attilio Brillembourg who reportedly has ties to the Greek royal family, according to ABC7.

Brillembourg, 53, was last spotted in a luxury neighborhood near Escondido Falls at around 1:10 a.m. on Saturday.

In the missing persons alert, authorities said Brillembourg stands at 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.

He has gray hair, green eyes and a tattoo on his upper thigh. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray pants and no shoes. 

“There is concern for Mr. Brillembourg’s well-being,” the sheriff’s department said.

Brillembourg’s father has connections to the Greek royal family, ABC7 reported citing the sheriff’s department.
