Where was she? ‘The Bachelorette’ star Trista Sutter’s unexplained disappearance revealed

It all makes sense now.

“The Bachelorette” alum Trista Sutter was doing another reality show when she was missing in action last month, TMZ reports.

The outlet reported Tuesday that Trista, 51, was filming Season 3 of the Fox competition reality series “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.”

The series sees a group of celebrities go overseas and participate in grueling challenges — taken straight from the US military’s playbook that aids in its Special Forces selection process.

According to TMZ, Ali Fedotowsky of Bachelor Nation is also on the upcoming season.

Celebrities who were on the first two seasons of “Special Forces” include Jamie Lynn Spears, Mel B, Brian Austin Green, Tom Sandoval, Jack Osbourne, JoJo Siwa and more.

Last month, Trista’s husband Ryan Sutter shared several bizarre Instagram posts amid her absence, and fans became concerned over her whereabouts and well-being.

On Mother’s Day, Ryan said that he was missing Trista but gave no further context about where she was.

“I really wish I could talk to you,” he wrote alongside a photo of the couple with their two children.

“I want to know how you’re doing. I want to support and encourage and cheer you on. I want to be there for you. But I can’t,” he added at the time.

Days later, Ryan addressed speculation that his longtime love had died or was dealing with a midlife crisis.

“Some thought I was intentionally misleading people in order to somehow benefit from it? It got picked up on entertainment news sites and I started getting texts from friends asking if I was ok. All because I missed my wife and chose to share how that felt,” he wrote.

Trista was inactive on Instagram from May 12 to May 25 before she broke her silence about her absence.

She clarified during Memorial Day weekend that she’s “safe and sound, happy and healthy, in love and grateful.”

“For those who’d rather focus on being critical and searching way too hard for darkness, good luck with that,” Trista added.

The reality star also defended her “stoic” husband for sharing cryptic messages about their relationship when she was gone.

“Most of the time, the world doesn’t pay too much attention,” Trista said. “This time, he couldn’t say anything right and just about every news outlet picked up his ‘cryptic/confusing/attention-seeking/dramatic”pictures and captions.’ “

“He doesn’t owe anyone any explanation or require permission to post what he wants to post and share what he wants to share. If you want to know the rest of the story, I will share in due time.”

At the time, fans correctly speculated that Trista was filming a reality show when she was off the grid.

After returning home, Trista went on vacation in Mexico with Ryan and their kids Maxwell, 16, and Blakesley, 15.
