NY mom says she’s victim of sexual harassment after ‘coward’ ships her penis-shaped gummies and confetti: ‘Malicious’

She took this prank pretty hard.

An upstate mom of two is suing a pair of gag-gift companies after she was mysteriously delivered gummy penises and male-genitalia-shaped confetti that scattered near her kids at home.

Sara Barnett filed the legal action against the parent companies of D–k At Your Door and D–ks By Mail demanding $200,000, claiming she suffered “severe emotional distress” thanks to a “coward” mystery sender who she says sexually harassed her.

“If it was just a prank, why would the prankster want to hide their identity?” her lawyer, Kyle Barnett, told The Post. “That’s what takes this from a harmless prank to something malicious.”

The plaintiff was at her Ulster County home in mid-December when she received a nondescript package that included a bag of gummy penises and hundreds of tiny confetti pieces shaped like penises, according to her lawsuit, which was filed in state Supreme Court in Westchester County.

The confetti fell onto the floor when it opened — by design — and got all over the mom’s clothes and furniture, according to legal papers filed June 6 and first reported by the Journal News.

The horrified mom’s kids, ages 7 and 10, were nearby at the time, the court papers say.

The plaintiff feared that her young children would stumble on the shocking scene, leaving them “confused, scared and emotionally distressed,” the legal action claims.

D–ks By Mail brands itself as a company where someone can anonymously communicate to someone “to eat a bag of d–ks” in order to “get your point across.”

The gag gift company has some of its orders filled and directly shipped by D–k At Your Door, according to the lawsuit.

Neither company returned a Post request for comment.

The listed defendants are Rain Parade LLC and Cloud Peak LLC, which are the parent companies of D–k At Your Door and D–ks by Mail, respectively, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit called the two companies’ conduct “extreme and outrageous.

“Beyond all bonds of decency tolerated by society, and would be regarded as atrocious, and utterly intolerable in a civilized community,” the suit added.

The anonymous sender is also listed in the lawsuit. Barnett said his client hopes they are able to pinpoint who the sender is as the legal process moves forward.

The lawyer called that individual a “coward.”

“You got something where someone’s trying to send a message and intimidate, and they’re hiding behind it,” Barnett said.

Barnett, who has the same last name as his client, declined to comment when asked if there was any family connection.
