Is NYC in the nation’s top brunch bunch?
A new ranking highlighted the restaurants across the US that patrons most love to hit early in the day.
Casino site Jackpot City analyzed the popularity of 124 brunch hot spots based on the number of Instagram posts with hashtags specific to each restaurant, according to Time Out.
California’s Malibu Farm took the cake with 55,866 posts.
However, two NYC favorites were in the top 10 — one classic and the other more contemporary.
Third overall was Central Park’s Tavern on The Green with 33,688 appearances on Instagram.
The scenic, iconic staple eatery that does weekend brunch only, and has endured political turmoil in the past, is known for entrees like a $32 tavern burger served with vinegar chips.
A few spots down as the eighth best in the US is the Mexican restaurant Cosme on 21st Street in Flatiron.
It boasted 6,086 Instagram tags.
However, the 2014-opened high-end eatery has received even higher honors, as it was named the 23rd best restaurant in the world in 2019.
Its brunch features items like ceviche, lamb barbacoa, quesadillas and guacamole.
