A former Playboy centerfold’s NYC unit lists for $1.19M: ‘If only those walls could talk’

A former Playboy centerfold and cover girl — as well as an actress, a model and a makeup artist — is listing her Upper West Side abode for $1.19 million.

Just a block from Central Park, the apartment — owned by Cathy St. George — features a bunny painting by the artist Hunt Slonem above the bed.

“If only those walls could talk,” St. George quipped.

In 2017, at age 62, St. George posed again on the cover of the magazine. It was a reshoot of her iconic appearance from 1981. Five other women were also on the cover again, including Hugh Hefner’s ex-wife, Kimberley Conrad. St. George also appeared in a bikini for an ad that hung over Times Square for two years in the late 1980s, she told Gimme Shelter.

While St. George’s life is quieter now, she once brought Dodi Fayed as her date to a Studio 54 party that she co-hosted with the late Walter Becker, of Steely Dan, to “raise money for whales.”

“I’m selling because I have been unable to spend as much time as I usually do in Manhattan, and I’m in the mood to travel for the next few years — a new adventure,” she said. “It seems a waste for the property to not be enjoyed by someone who loves the city like I do.”

The one-bedroom, one-bath unit, at 100 W. 93rd St., is on the 15th floor. The building, which dates to 1973, has 279 residences over 29 floors. It converted to condos in 2006 and was renovated in 2015.

The sun-lit residence is 739 square feet. It features wide-plank wood floors, custom millwork, a living room and a bedroom with large windows and park views, plus lots of closet space. There’s also an updated eat-in chef’s kitchen and an open dining area.

Building amenities include a doorman, a resident manager, a renovated lobby, a gym, bike storage, a playroom and a landscaped deck.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Jason Walker.
