We spend roughly $2,670 a year on products, which is just a little more than Gen Zers, who spend $2,048. (If you’re curious how that works out to a $1,754 average, Gen Xers drop $1,517, while Baby Boomers only spend $494.)

I never mastered the art of a good round brush blowout, but Revlon’s hot air brush helps me achieve the same look by drying and styling at the same time. I’ve been using this tool weekly for over 3 years and it truly checks all of my boxes: I get a smooth, voluminous blowout with gorgeous shine and volume with every use. My body hair grows back rather quickly. Typically, I would shave everyday as stubble reappears overnight. In search of a sensitive skin-friendly method of hair removal, I finally decided to try Braun’s IPL device after purchasing it on sale during Prime Day. The device is very easy to control and adjust to your comfort level, but does cause some mild discomfort. I wouldn’t personally describe it as painful, but you do feel that it’s working on a concentrated area of hair follicles. The flashing light took some adjusting to. It’s important to do your research to determine if the product will be safe and effective for your unique needs. It does take very consistent and frequent use.
