Who is ‘The Bachelorette’ star Brendan Morais? 7 things to know

“The Bachelorette” finally returned to screens in October.

Season 16 is one of the most dramatic ever — Bachelorette Clare Crawley was replaced by Tayshia Adams early in the season, after falling in love and getting engaged to contestant Dale Moss.

After online sleuths correctly guessed Crawley’s departure, they’re also turning their attention to suitors, such as Brendan Morais.

According to Reality Steve, a TV blogger known for his accurate “Bachelor” franchise spoilers, Morais reportedly gets serious with Adams, once she allegedly takes the roses from Crawley. However, it’s rumored he excuses himself from the show early.

Here’s everything you need to know about Adams’ potential Prince Charming.

1. He’s a Masshole

Morais, 30, hails from Milford, Massachusetts, though he lived in LA for a bit, according to his ABC bio. “Very interesting, because he has Portuguese family, but is also from Boston, so imagine that Portuguese-Boston accent,” show host Chris Harrison said in an online debut of the men.

2. He can fix a leak

Morais works as a commercial roofer, an occupation that generally is tasked with repairing, replacing and installing roofs.

3. Morais is on the shyer side

“Very humble, quiet, soft-spoken, but he turned it on when it counts the most,” said Harrison of the contestant.

4. He’s a family man

Though he doesn’t have any kids, Morais spends most of his free time with his nieces and nephews. He’s close with his family and works for their roofing company. He moved back east from LA to be closer to them.

5. He models

The roofer also knows how to strike a pose. On his Instagram page, Morais posted several professional shots, showcasing his abs and chiseled jawline. No surprise, one of his interests listed in his bio is working out.

6. He “loves some good true crime”

We hope this means listening to podcasts about it, and not committing any.

7. He’s looking for love

Morais described himself as a “true romantic” who “loves to make a woman feel desired.” Here’s to hoping that bodes well for Adams.
