What we know about Ivana Trump’s death

Ivana Trump was found dead at the bottom of a staircase at her Upper East Side townhouse. Police are investigating whether she fell down the flight of steps before her death.

The Czech American skier-turned-model and businesswoman married Donald Trump in 1977 and was the mother of his first three children: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric.

She held many roles in the Trump family businesses throughout her life. Donald and Ivana divorced in 1992.

The New York Post confirmed her autopsy was completed and that her death was ruled accidental.

The fall caused “blunt impact injuries” to her torso, the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office said.

Building staff discovered the 73-year-old’s body around 12:40 p.m. and called police.

Ivana Trump was set to leave New York for St. Tropez, France, Friday in what would have been her first trip since the COVID-19 pandemic, her best friend told Page Six.
