The questionnaire asks firms to provide specific information on:   ⭕ Work the firm carries out within scope of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.   ⭕ Any contact or involvement the firm has with the sanctions regime and any persons who are designated under it.   ⭕ Details of submission of suspicious activity reports to the National Crime Agency.
