Erin Soo Kee and others are speaking at Kiwi Dreaming next week! It's all about getting your business thriving with Salesforce. However, it's not run by Salesforce. It's amazing to see such a dedicated and impassioned community. Erin in the GravityLab team is speaking on one of the most important topics. How do you really make your business thrive? Erin is a gun of wisdom and a great speaker having spoken at multiple conferences like Agile Australia, Down Under Dreaming and Portland Global Scrum Gathering. "Where Do We Even Start? The Intersection Of Agile, UX And Salesforce" We find that building on Salesforce is the easy part of the project, but it's not the major place we put our time. It's about understanding, adapting, helping real users, aligning to the real business objectives and doing it in a safe and fun way! Come and learn!

Pretty good first day at #tdx24. Saw lots of great sessions on embedded ai in salesforce, and I've already ordered my first license. Lots of great talks, was interviewed on Salesforce +, and finished the day with a world record as one of 800 or so Einstein's.

There's nothing like a new Cloud to bring the community together! 🎉 A big shout-out to the Nonprofit Community for showing up in numbers to hear all about the exciting features that are on the way to support the amazing work you do, and for the programs you deliver to your constituents. At a time of the year where there is no shortage of events, the Nonprofit User Groups in Auckland and Wellington were thrilled with the over 50 attendees. A huge thanks to the presenters and a special shout out to Yang-Yang from Salesforce for your contribution. 👀 Watch this space for a series of follow up demo sessions in the new year

Salesforce recently introduced something truly transformative – the upgraded Data Cloud within the new Einstein 1 platform. Why is this a game changer for your business? 1️⃣ Breaking Down Data Barriers Traditionally, valuable customer data has been trapped in various software systems, limiting its use. Salesforce is changing this by unifying data from multiple sources. This means more insightful customer understanding and better decision-making for your business. 2️⃣ Trustworthy AI Integration The new platform enhances Salesforce's AI capabilities, ensuring that AI tools are reliable and aligned with your business needs. This translates to more accurate predictions and smarter business strategies. 3️⃣ Driving IT Modernisation In an age where technology is rapidly evolving, staying updated is crucial. Salesforce’s new offerings are not just upgrades – they're essential tools driving your business's digital transformation, making you more competitive and agile. 4️⃣ Data Sovereignty and Business Agility With data becoming more fluid, Salesforce ensures that your customer data stays within its ecosystem. This strategy strengthens Salesforce’s role in your business operations, allowing you to maintain control and agility in your data management. This is more than a technical upgrade - it’s a strategic shift towards more efficient, integrated, and intelligent systems. It aligns with the need for businesses to be more data-driven and customer-centric. Understanding these changes is crucial for leveraging them to improve customer relationships, streamline operations, and foster innovation. It’s about using data more effectively to drive your business forward. We’re committed to staying on top of the latest tech for our clients. Looking forward to seeing how things progress over the coming years. #Business #DataCloud #DigitalInnovation #Salesforce
