Legal-speak can sometimes feel like another language. That's why we are committed to clear, concise communication. We speak direct, everyday language and ensure everything is explained.  For example: Alternative Dispute Resolution is a process where an impartial third party (known as a mediator) assists the parties to resolve a dispute by compromise and final settlement (rather than resolving the dispute through a court hearing).
