After interviewing candidates, we've spotted a major issue in the industry 👇🏾 skilled individuals can't break in because they lack "official" industry experience. Meanwhile, those who land internships find that this experience isn’t taken seriously—internships don’t count, and you need real experience to get a full-time job. Seriously, that’s just sad! We can't fix everything, but we're down to try something new. We're thinking of launching a pilot in India to train freshers with the skills and platform they need to land full-time jobs. We’ve done this before in New Zealand and the U.K., where we trained folks and helped them get real jobs in the industry. If there’s enough hype for this program, we’ll kick off a pilot with a small group and really focus on helping those who need it most.
