Our business partners are the best in the industry which gives you peace of mind and confidence knowing your money is in good hands. We use DWS to manage our international shares. Public Trust is our supervisor. Apex Group Ltd. is our administrator and Grant Thornton our auditor.

Simplicity Living is underway with its fourth BTR project. Called Reiputa, it is located at 80 Mt Wellington Hwy and will see 297 new homes completed within the next two years. Four other projects are in design and consenting phases bringing the total to 1,280 new homes completed or in production. We have set up a Productivity Hub at the Reiputa project site to serve two primary purposes. Firstly, to provide a facility for our team and project partners to continue the pursuit of productivity gains through innovation. And secondly, to provide a venue for visitors to view our system live in action. We will freely share all design, construction and financial information. Sharing IP isn't commonplace for our sector. Some good news for the weekend. Having just finished 51 homes for long term rent in Mt Albert, we’re getting on with building another 297 in Mt Wellington. It’s NZ’s biggest build to rent project. We won’t solve our housing crisis without building a lot more quality homes. We’re getting on with it. And if you’re a Simplicity member, you’re helping make this happen. Thank you %)

Where do we start?! In the early days as a brand new start-up, we had dozens of volunteers pitch in where they could to help. Legal services, printing, consulting, our board and trustees, and of course our members who did and still do the majority of our marketing for us through word of mouth. To all of you who have helped us achieve important milestones and get us to 155k members, $8.2 million in charitable donations, $6.4 billion in funds under management, a big thank you%)
