Our acquisition of APP is a milestone announcement as it will see Legrand Australia double in size; our largest ANZ investment since HPM in 2007. APP is a top player in the Australian PVC conduit market across electrical and plumbing, operating under two brands: Aussie Duct for its electrical products business, and Pipe King for its plumbing operations, specialising in PVC extrusion and injection moulding across both smaller and large-scale projects. This acquisition enables Legrand to continue enhancing our suite of solutions to strengthen the relationship with our customers and help them succeed. Last week, the teams from Legrand New Zealand and TRICAL New Zealand celebrated the International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, reflecting our core value: We Embrace Inclusion.
