This #projectwednesday we are bringing you an update on the Go Wireless project situated in the Rangiora Business Hub. This project is a purpose-built warehouse and office facility that will be home to Go Wireless in the weeks ahead. It has been a pleasure to work alongside our client on this project to design a bespoke facility that reflects the brand, vision and values of the business. We are thrilled to share that this project is making steady progress, and we look forward to closing this project out in the months to come. This #projectwednesday we are excited to share with you that we have commenced site works on a new project that we are carrying out for Southpark Corporation . The team at WAL Construction Ltd has been working hard over the past few weeks prepping and setting up the site. With the site scrap now well underway by the team at Kiwkshift, we look forward to commencing the next milestone of this project.   This new 4,350m2 building will be tenanted by Newfield Group Ltd in months to come. As a purpose-built facility it will provide Newfield with a highly functional space that aligns with its operational needs and workspace vision. This week, we are celebrating Ross Lee’s third anniversary with us here at Tuatara Structures. Ross is part of the Procurement team here at Tuatara. He is responsible for managing trades and materials to deliver our well-built solutions. Today marks Daffodil Day, a special time when we all come together to support the Cancer Society's most loved annual campaign. The Tuatara Structures team supported daffodil day by sprinkling the office with daffodils and wearing pops of yellow! Today, it's about spreading hope and standing with those impacted by cancer. Together, we can spread hope to the 1 in 3 affected by cancer, their family and friends each year. This #projectwednesday we share with you some images from a barbeque we held at the Marlborough Inland Port. A project that we are currently carrying out for QuayConnect, WineWorks, and Central Express Ltd. This project aims to achieve a Level 4 Green Star Accreditation. As part of our commitment to Green Star, we will hold three quality staff support events to promote the health and well-being of the project and all of those involved in the build. It was a pleasure to have Emma Jackson host our second quality staff support event. Emma is a Mental Health Professional with 13 years of experience across services in NZ. She spoke to us about how to manage, reduce and overcome stress in our daily lives. A big thank you to Emma for coming along to speak to our team and contractors on-site. This week we celebrated Summer Yu's two-year anniversary with us here at Tuatara Structures. Summer is one of the Estimators on our Client Solutions team. She is responsible for creating detailed costings and weighing every aspect of the project to ensure that the build meets all specifications.   Summer is a true ambassador of all the Tuatara values—Sweat, Respect, Solve, Care, and Enjoy. She consistently works hard and displays the adaptability and resilience that is characteristic of the Tuatara brand and culture.   Anniversaries are a great opportunity for us to highlight the members of our team and to thank them for their passion and dedication to the business. Here at Tuatara Structures building long-lasting relationships with our clients is important to us. That is why we focus on collaborating with them throughout the entire process to ensure expectations are met and communication is prioritised.   Today, the Tuatara team visited the Tawhaki project in Kaitorete. Joined by the fantastic team at Tāwhaki and WAL Construction Ltd, we hosted a barbeque to celebrate the partnership with the Tawhaki team.
