After moving to New Zealand in 2008, he built M&K Projects Ltd into a thriving company of over 20 staff, only to sell it in early 2019. Driven by a desire to challenge the status quo, Craig ventured into the world of Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) with Smart Solution Homes, determined to revolutionize the construction process.

With a decade of experience in the renovation industry and a growing awareness of the housing crisis in New Zealand, Craig saw an opportunity to make a difference. Smart Solution Homes was born out of this vision, fuelled by a commitment to work smarter, not harder.

Craig's passion for systems and processes has been instrumental in the company's growth. Their streamlined processes enable them to scale up production as per demand, allowing them to build multiple houses every week. This flexibility is a testament to their commitment to efficiency and innovation, ensuring that they can meet the needs of their clients promptly and effectively.

    Houses are completed in the factory and shipped to site across the upper North Island of New Zealand. SSH has over 10 off the shelf pre approved plans which are designed to cater for community houses spacial guidelines. This said these skeletons can be upgraded or downgraded to suit use and budget.
