I received this award for two early stretch assignments. The first was leading the 2016 IBM Kenexa thought leadership publication "The Rise of Employee Voice" which comprised 4 client case studies and research on our engagement dataset exploring the link between involvement and engagement. The second project was the instigation, development and delivery of a new IBM Kenexa product, Manager reports. The excel-to-pdf based tool enables clients to completely customise their engagement result reports, and get the results to where it's needed (teams and managers) quickly. In 2013, Bupa collaborated with leadership experts, Mantle, to create an in-house leadership development programme, Leading to Bupa 2020. Kirkpatrick model evaluations showed that the programme was indeed effective at individual, team, and business levels. When I joined the team in 2014 I showcased our achievements in front of the whole business in the form of Bupa's annual Continuous Quality Improvement competition. When I joined the team in 2014 I showcased our achievements in front of the whole business in the form of Bupa's annual Continuous Quality Improvement competition. To this end, I co-ordinated level 1 evaluations right through to long term impact evaluations, and brought all of the information regarding the programme's design, delivery, together into one submission. Being in my first year at Bupa I wasn't sure how we would fair among my more seasoned competitors, and I was thrilled to be one of only 8 winners at the annual Awards Night, taking first place.
