In this role, I will have the opportunity to support the strategic implementation and expansion of the CCFS cloud portfolio, which includes Trimble WorksOS and Trimble Stratus primarily, while diving into cloud solutions and innovations for photogrammetry, point clouds, visualization, and 3D rendering.

The work involved will require consolidating and furthering this integration from data capture, manipulation and analytics with the broader Trimble eco-system.

In this impactful role, I lead the creation of Trimble Virtual World, an innovative solution that has become integral to our operations. Guiding the evolution from a survey training concept to a full simulation and immersive environment product used for site planning, safety review digital site managment;
• My leadership in implementing and overseeing the Early Experience program fostered robust relationships with hundreds of participants worldwide
• Through strategic decision-making, I formulated a comprehensive product vision, I crafted a robust business plan, transforming the prototype into product with a clear roadmap for release
• Achieved widespread adoption across Geospatial, Construction, and Building sectors
• Integrated the product into Trimble Learn strategy using xAPI for seamless alignment
• Oversaw a dedicated team of three developers and two part-time support members (UI/UX, Testing)
• Successfully deployed the Virtual World across various platforms, including desktop, mobile devices and cloud
• Positioned the product as a cornerstone for field solution training and R&D development, but also expanded to common environment data sources integrating Trimble Connect, Sketchup, photogrammetric models, point clouds, and Cesium Ion (ESRI and 3D warehouse are in progress)
• Complete a full market research analysis and development of a business plan as part of my final year MBA consulting project
